AKASH
Jose Hermosin (AKASH), born in Seville in 1980, is a benchmark of electronic music in Spain, with a career spanning more than 25 years of sonic evolution. From his first steps in the world of Break Beat and starting out as a DJ learning with vinyl in the late 90s, his passion for electronic culture grew naturally. In 2009, AKASH entered the world of Psychedelic Tech Funk (Psybreak), a genre that deeply captivated him. From there, his career began to take shape, consolidating himself as one of the most representative artists of the Psytrance scene in Andalusia.
In 2012, he dedicated himself fully to music production and, in 2013, he formed the ARRYTHMIK collective with two friends, focused on the same style and with which he became a well-known name within the national scene. Since then, he has collaborated in numerous events throughout Spain and Europe, organizing parties with renowned artists and DJs. In 2013, his talent was recognized by the Tek. Records label, allowing him to bring his music to venues across the continent, standing out at international festivals such as the Ritual Festival in Istanbul (Turkey) and the Taurus Connection Festival in Italy, sharing the stage with artists such as Too Dusty, Forufreezer, Hedflux and Z4thoichi.
AKASH's music is synonymous with dynamism and technical complexity, both in his productions and in his live sets, which combine broken rhythms and a high energy charge, always achieving a deep connection with the public. Jose Hermosin (AKASH), nacido en Sevilla en 1980, es un referente de la música electrónica en España, con una carrera que abarca más de 25 años de evolución sonora. Desde sus primeros pasos en el mundo del Break Beat e iniciándose como Dj aprendiendo con vinilos a finales de los 90, su pasión por la cultura electrónica fue creciendo de forma natural. En 2009, AKASH se introduce en el mundo del Psychedelic Tech Funk (Psybreak), un género que lo cautiva profundamente. A partir de ahí, su carrera comienza a tomar forma, consolidándose como uno de los artistas más representativos de la escena Psytrance de Andalucía.
En 2012, se dedica de lleno a la producción musical y, en 2013, forma junto a dos amigos el colectivo ARRYTHMIK, centrado en el mismo estilo y con el que se convierte en un nombre conocido dentro de la escena nacional. Desde entonces, ha colaborado en numerosos eventos por toda España y Europa, organizando fiestas con artistas y DJs de renombre. En 2013, su talento es reconocido por el sello Tek. Records, lo que le permite llevar su música a salas de todo el continente, destacando en festivales internacionales como el Ritual Festival en Estambul (Turquía) y el Taurus Connection Festival en Italia, compartiendo escenario con artistas como Too Dusty, Forufreezer, Hedflux y Z4thoichi.
